Tabala Castle mesa structure and Roman castle

The Tabala mesa structure is a self-standing hill with a lava cap separated from the Burgaz lava plateau. Its lava cap serves a natural fortress while it hosts remnants of a late Roman Period castle called Tabala. The site is easy to access and has great scenic view of next to Gediz River
